World-class equipment lines the walls of an 1800s heritage building along the Speed River in Guelph, Ontario, where each spirit is meticulously distilled grain-to-glass.
Fruity, floral, and sweet, this Single Malt comes from Canadian barley and Scottish-made washbacks and stills.
